All q798 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by q798 at any stage of the transaction process.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. q798 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with rates published in the Account settings section. q798 will endeavour to provide advance notice before applying inactivity fees, but is not obligated to do so where contact information provided is inaccurate or where communications are undeliverable.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the q798 support team. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
